TenderPipe provides automated tender/procurement opportunity tracking and delivery tools. The Service aggregates publicly available tender notices from government and institutional procurement portals and delivers them to users based on their configured preferences.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
4. Subscription Plans
TenderPipe offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage.
6. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely tender information, TenderPipe does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data. Tender information is sourced from third-party portals, and you should always verify details directly with the issuing authority.
7. Limitation of Liability
TenderPipe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tender opportunities or inaccurate information.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
