1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TenderPipe (“TenderPipe”, “the Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

TenderPipe provides tender, grant and procurement opportunity tracking, filtering, alerting and delivery tools. The Service aggregates and organises publicly available procurement notices and related information from government, institutional and other third-party portals, and delivers matching opportunities to users based on their configured preferences.

TenderPipe is a discovery and workflow tool. We are not the issuing authority for tenders or grants listed through the Service, and we do not control third-party procurement portals, tender documents, eligibility rules, deadlines, award decisions or submission processes.

3. Intended Use and Eligibility

The Service is provided for legitimate businesses, organisations and individuals who intend to use TenderPipe to discover, monitor, evaluate and respond to procurement or grant opportunities for their own internal business purposes.

You may not create an account or access the Service for the purpose of evaluating, benchmarking, copying, reproducing, reverse engineering or competing with TenderPipe, or to build, train, improve or support a similar or substitute product, dataset, directory, model, service or automation system.

We may refuse registration, suspend access or terminate an account where we reasonably believe the account is not being used for the intended purpose of the Service.

4. User Accounts and Accurate Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, subscribing to a plan, contacting us or otherwise using the Service. This includes your name, email address, organisation, billing details and any other information reasonably required to provide the Service.

You must not create an account using false, misleading, incomplete or impersonated information, or register on behalf of an organisation unless you are authorised to do so.

You agree to keep your account and billing information up to date. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that information provided by you is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or inconsistent with the intended use of the Service.

You must not share, resell, transfer or make your account available to anyone else unless your subscription plan expressly allows multiple users or team access. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing and Cancellation

TenderPipe offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the paid features until that period ends.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly offer a refund policy for a specific plan or promotion.

We may change plan features, usage limits or pricing from time to time. Material pricing changes for existing paid subscriptions will be communicated before they take effect.

6. Seats and Named Users

Some plans include one or more seats. A seat is a login for a single named individual within your organisation. Each person who uses the Service must have their own seat, and the number of seats included in each plan is shown on the pricing page or in your order. Pro plans include up to 3 seats; organisations that need more than 3 seats require an Enterprise plan.

One individual may use their seat on multiple devices, browsers, locations and networks. Signing in from a laptop at the office, a phone while travelling or a home connection is normal use of a single seat.

A seat may not be shared between people. Credentials must not be passed around a team, published in a shared inbox or document, embedded in an automated system, or rotated between individuals to stay within a seat limit. If more people in your organisation need access, add seats where your plan allows it or move to an Enterprise plan.

You may reassign a seat to a different named individual, for example when someone leaves your organisation or changes role. Reassignment is intended for lasting changes in who holds the seat, and repeated reassignment used to simulate shared access is treated as seat sharing.

Where account activity reasonably indicates that a single seat is being used by more than one person, we may contact you to resolve it, require the purchase of additional seats or an upgrade to an Enterprise plan, or suspend the affected account under Section 14.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, user accounts, systems, APIs, databases or infrastructure;
• interfering with, disrupting, overloading or degrading the Service or its performance;
• using the Service in a way that violates applicable law, procurement rules, third-party rights or these Terms;
• misrepresenting your identity, organisation, purpose or authority when registering or using the Service;
• reselling, sublicensing, redistributing or making the Service or its data available to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan;
• using TenderPipe content, data, design, workflows or functionality to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing or substitute product or service;
• circumventing usage limits, access controls, security measures, paywalls or technical restrictions;
• uploading or transmitting malicious code, spam or harmful material.

8. Automated Access, Scraping and Data Extraction

You may not access the Service using bots, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, browser automation, scripts, agents, AI tools or other automated systems except where we have expressly authorised that access in writing or provided a specific API or integration for that purpose.

You may not scrape, harvest, copy, bulk download, index, monitor, extract or store TenderPipe pages, tender listings, grant listings, search results, alerts, metadata or other Service content outside the normal use of the Service by a human user through the user interface.

You may not use automated systems to create accounts, test access limits, collect pricing or product information, monitor availability, gather competitive intelligence, train machine learning models, enrich external databases or replicate any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe involves unauthorised automated access, excessive usage, scraping, data extraction or activity inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service.

9. Data Sources and Third-Party Content

Tender information is sourced from third-party portals and public sources. Those sources may change, remove, delay, restrict or update their content without notice.

We do not claim ownership of third-party tender notices or procurement documents. TenderPipe may add organisation, filtering, classification, matching, enrichment, summaries, metadata, user interface elements and other proprietary layers to make the information easier to discover and use.

You are responsible for complying with any terms, conditions or requirements imposed by the original issuing authority or source portal.

10. Data Accuracy and Verification

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, TenderPipe does not guarantee that any tender, grant or procurement information is complete, current, accurate or suitable for your needs.

You should always verify tender details, deadlines, eligibility requirements, submission instructions and documents directly with the issuing authority before making business decisions or submitting a response.

TenderPipe is not responsible for missed opportunities, incorrect information, changed deadlines, source portal errors, unavailable documents or failed submissions.

11. No Professional Advice

The Service may include summaries, filters, classifications, alerts, recommendations, AI-assisted outputs or other workflow tools. These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute legal, financial, procurement, compliance or professional advice.

You remain responsible for evaluating opportunities, preparing submissions, checking compliance requirements and obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed.

12. Intellectual Property

TenderPipe, including its software, design, branding, workflows, databases, classifications, matching logic, summaries, documentation and other proprietary materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in TenderPipe or its proprietary materials. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree that we may collect and use information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for TenderPipe or other users, engaged in unauthorised automated access or used the Service for a purpose outside its intended use.

We may also suspend access where required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, payment failure or protection of the Service.

15. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep TenderPipe available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures or events outside our control.

We may add, change or remove features, sources, plans, limits or integrations as the Service evolves.

16. Limitation of Liability

TenderPipe is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderPipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, missed tender opportunities, inaccurate information, failed submissions or reliance on information provided through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to TenderPipe for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, through the Service or by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
