With ongoing regular water ingress in the buildings at Tui Glen School a targeted condition assessment was carried out which identified deterioration in roof coverings. This extends to Blocks 1, 2 and 3 flat roofs and the entire metal roof on Block 4.Both the Blocks 1 and 2 membrane roofs are proposed to be replaced with a warm roof solution.
