How We Operate
Our subscribers are the reason publishing here is worth paying for, so these rules protect them. They apply to every publisher.
🔓 No paywall on your notices
A notice you pay us to publish is open to every visitor. No daily view limit, no Pro account, no sign-up wall.
⚖️ Editorial neutrality
Your notices sit in the same feed as the ones we collect ourselves, in the same order. Featured placement is the one exception, and it is labelled Featured wherever it appears.
🛡️ Bidder PII never shared
Reach reports give you totals: sector, country, how many people looked. We never tell a publisher who those people are, on any plan.
✅ Verification on first publish
Before your first notice goes live we check that it comes from your organisation's domain, and we confirm it against a procurement contact published on your own website. This is how we keep fake notices out.
🚫 No exclusivity arrangements
We will not agree to keep your competitors off TenderPipe. Everyone publishes on the same terms.

Does this replace our statutory procurement portal?
No. Keep publishing on your statutory portal, whether that is eTimad, Tejari, Contracts Finder, TED or e-GP. We add reach on top. Most of our publishers are required to use a national portal and use us to widen the pool of suppliers who see the notice.
How is this different from advertising in a trade publication?
A trade publication shows your notice to everyone who reads it. We show it to subscribers whose saved sectors, countries and keywords match it, so you pay for the people who could actually bid.
Can we use this as evidence of wide publication for compliance?
Yes. Publisher Annual and Enterprise include reach reports you can download: how many suppliers matched, which countries and sectors they were in, and when. They are made for audit files.
How fast does a notice go live?
Within 24 hours of us receiving it. Featured placement and the email digest go out on the next send, which is usually the same day for a morning submission.
What does "verification on first publish" involve?
We confirm the notice came from your organisation's domain, and we check it against a procurement contact listed on your official website. That keeps fake notices out and stops anyone publishing in your name. It takes a few hours and happens once.
Do you ever charge bidders to access our notices?
No, never for a notice you paid us to publish. That notice is open to every visitor: no paywall, no daily view limit, no Pro account, no sign-up wall. Many countries require open access to published notices, and we apply that everywhere.
For context: we also index hundreds of thousands of tenders we collect from public portals, which is the product bidders subscribe to. Some of those carry a daily view limit for free accounts. That limit never applies to notices published through this programme.
What does the qualifying conversation cover?
We typically ask five questions over email: how many tenders you issue per year, what sectors and geographies, what statutory portals you already use, what outcome would make this engagement successful, and your target start date. With those answers we recommend two or three suitable plans and indicative pricing.
