TenderPipe Enterprise

Your dedicated tender team.

Enterprise pairs the platform with analysts who work your market. We build the record of who is winning your contracts, tune the classification behind your categories, and point the reports at the accounts that matter. Your people spend their time bidding while we keep the intelligence current.

Annual contract, scoped to your categories and markets, priced for the organisation with seats included.

The difference

A feed tells you what was published today. We build the record of who owns your market.

Every alert service watches the same public feeds. Enterprise starts where they stop: an onboarding engagement produces a structured baseline of your market, every award on record, resolved to the companies and buying institutions behind it. The live feed then runs on top of that record, classified to your categories, segmented by office, team and person, and delivered into email, spreadsheets or your CRM.

10,986,983 Tenders on record
13,458,566 Contract awards on record
532,799 Named suppliers
130,220 Opportunities open right now
180 Countries covered
586 Procurement sources monitored

Why the league table has to be built

Large manufacturers file under many registered entities. We have seen a single global vendor split across nine registered entities in one country. Ungrouped, that market reads as nine mid-tier suppliers and the true leader stays invisible. Resolving corporate families is analyst work, and it decides whether a share figure is one you can take to a board.

What it answers

The questions you cannot answer from a feed.

Who holds what

The incumbent at each institution, by category or product line, with the award value and date. Where you are displacing, and who you are displacing.

Where the openings are

Buyers with no established premium supplier, and buyers that changed supplier between cycles. Whitespace and displacement, named.

When to be ready

Return-to-market timing from observed award cycles, the term-end date on each contract, and the fiscal year-end spikes your category runs on.

What it went for

Comparable contract values by buyer and region, so a price position is argued from the record.

Whether you can bid at all

Trade-agreement coverage and set-aside conditions carried on the notice, the constraints that decide eligibility before commercial fit matters.

Who to speak to

The named procurement officer on the notice, with the enquiry deadline, so contact happens inside the window when questions are still accepted.

Which partners win

Which distributors and integrators win, for which buyers, at what value, mapped against your partner list so you can see who performs where.

How often a partner wins

Award records name the losing bidders too. A partner that loses four bids in five never reaches a leaderboard, and can still be one of the few companies able to carry your line into that account.

The channel blind spot

Sell through partners? Then you are invisible in your own market data.

Public procurement records the bidder. When a distributor, dealer or integrator submits the bid, the award carries their name. Unless your equipment is written into the contract title, a sale placed through a partner leaves no trace pointing back to your company.

So a manufacturer can hold installed base across a whole country and appear nowhere in the award record. The product is in the market while the company stays absent from the data.

What this looks like

A manufacturer can hold equipment across dozens of public institutions and still return no results when you search the award record for their name. Every one of those contracts is on the record, filed under the dealer, the integrator or the service provider that submitted the bid.

Mapping which partners carry your line is the first piece of work.

Coverage

Every portal in one view, including the ones behind a login.

Public buyers publish across national, provincial, municipal, academic and group-purchasing portals, each on its own timeline. We monitor them centrally and normalise what comes back into one record.

Some portals sit behind a supplier login or a challenge page and cannot be monitored anonymously by anyone. Where you hold an account on one of those, we can track it on your credentials into the same view. That takes your account and our setup, which is why it belongs in an Enterprise engagement.

Stated plainly

We will tell you which portals in your market we cover, which we do not, and why. A coverage gap you know about is a workaround; one you discover later is a missed contract.

Gaps are named in writing during scoping, before you sign.

In the product

From notice to bid decision.

A live tender arrives as a pile of documents. The workspace reads them and answers questions against them, with the source quoted.

1

Every document indexed

The RFP, annexes and every amendment, read together as one body of documents.

2

Requirements extracted

Mandatory criteria, clearances, volumes and deadlines, each with the passage it came from.

3

Questions answered

“Did any amendment change the closing date?” answered in seconds, with the documents cited.

4

A bid decision

A reasoned bid or no-bid, naming the criteria you fail and why.

Reading five amendments to find one changed date is an afternoon of someone’s week.

What you get

A team that works your market.

You get the platform and the people who tune it for your market: the baseline record, the classification behind your categories, and the reports that watch your accounts. Built for your business, then kept current.

What your team works with

  • Awards dashboard. Filter by category, buying tier, date and supplier, then export to CSV.
  • Channel report. Which partners win, for which buyers, at what value.
  • Renewals report. Contracts ordered by return-to-market timing, with watches you can save.
  • Tender history. The incumbent and every prior round, on each notice.
  • AI workspace. Document analysis, response drafting and templates.
  • Team access. Seats, per-user dashboards, CRM sync and API access.

Analysis we build

  • Market baseline. Every award on record in your categories and regions, resolved to the companies and institutions behind it.
  • Product-level tagging. Classification built for the products and services you sell, so your offering becomes a filter of its own and stops depending on keyword luck.
  • Corporate-family resolution. Subsidiaries and trading names grouped to the parent, so a share figure holds up when someone checks it.
  • Curated partner map. Each company in your channel classified by hand: manufacturer, distributor, integrator or group purchasing body.
  • Renewal-cycle tuning. Contract and service life set per category, so return-to-market dates reflect what you actually sell.
  • Whitespace and displacement. Buyers with no established premium supplier, and buyers who changed supplier between cycles.

Setup we run

  • Workspace and templates. Your AI workspaces built out, with response templates carrying your company’s tone, capabilities and boilerplate.
  • Renewal alerts. Watches configured on the accounts and categories you care about, so a contract returning to market reaches you by email.
  • CRM and delivery. Opportunities routed into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho or your own endpoint, on the schedule your team works to.
  • Per-person feeds. Each team member set up with their own filters and digest, so a territory or product line lands with the person who owns it.
  • Portal and source work. Credentialed tracking of portals you hold accounts on, and new sources onboarded where your market needs them.
  • Quarterly refresh. A named analyst who knows your account keeps the whole picture current.

Where a judgement is inferred, a company’s role in the channel for instance, we label it as inference.

How it works

Three stages, then it runs.

1

Scoping

We learn your market: the categories, buyers and partners that matter, which portals you hold accounts on, and where the coverage gaps are. You get those in writing before you commit.

2

Baseline

We build your market record and tune the system around it: classification for your product categories, renewal cycles for your equipment, the partner map for your channel. Then we walk you through what it shows.

3

Running

Your team bids. We keep the analysis current, refresh it quarterly, extend coverage as your markets change, and flag the accounts coming back to market.

Tell us your category and the markets you sell into. We will come back with what the public record already holds on it, and a scoped proposal covering seats, portal tracking and the analysis.
