This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The City to submit non-binding proposals for the Redevelopment and Deployment of an Employee Intranet (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables.
