Citizen or permanent resident alien lawfull residing in the u.s., be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full time student for the following academic year at an accredited 4-YEAR college, meet income guidelines, (150% of the current federal poverty guidelines) maintain a 3.0 g.p.a. Or higher in high school, student.
