Policy on unsolicited requests for funds - written request to lisa gappa, ashley furniture industries, INC. One ashley way, arcadia, wi 54612. Request must include name of organization requesting the funds, explanation of organization including its purpose, membership, whom IT serves or what IT attempts to accomplish, explanation of project or activity for which the organization is seeking funds, amount being requested or in kind donation being solicited for, how funds will be used, and an explantion of the organgizations fundraising plans for the project or activity, not to exceed 1 page.
Deadlines
Requests are accepted at any time during the year, but can take up to 12 weeks to process.
Restrictions
