How to apply
- How to apply
- A grant applicant creates an account in the online grants management system, and then logs on to that account to start a new grant application. The system allows an application to be saved as a draft. This draft can be worked on and edited numerous times before submitting the final application for review. Each account maintains a record of the application history that the applicant can access at any time. Information requested includes: Listing of board of directors, organization budget, statement of activities, most recent form 990 filing.
- Deadlines
- Spring: 3/1 summer: 6/28 winter: 9/27
- Restrictions
- No grants to individuals. No fundraising events, no projects primarily seeking to influence elections or legislation, no organization without qualified tax status designation that are using another non-profit organization as a fiscal or umbrella agent. Grants are awarded to smaller non-profit organizations; most often to groups with social service, arts and culture, educational, environmental and/or youth-centered missions and directly serving residents of oregon or southwest washington.
