Scholarships - application form, school transcript, declaration of domicile completed by clerk of court. Indigent medical care - list of eligible children and expenses per the medical provider.
Deadlines
Scholarship - applications accepted beginning February 1ST and must be received by May 31ST.
Restrictions
Scholarship program - student must be a st. Lucie county, florida resident pursuing study in health sciences, medicine, dentistry or pharmacy. Indigent medical care - children under 14 years of age WHO are residents of st. Lucie county, florida.
