Restrictions
The donation focus of the bolger foundation is conservation and preservation; those underprivileged and underserved; health, including mental health; community; and education. The bolger foundation favors capital projects, such as (but not limited to) hard costs related to the construction or purchase of new facilities, building renovations and improvements, purchase of capital equipment and furnishings, and/or other one-time capital needs.
