- To apply for a boston scientific foundation grant, please submit the following materials: 1) complete grant application via our online application at www.bostonscientific.com under our corporate responsibility section. 2) attach a copy of the irs letter documenting the organization's 501(C)(3) tax-exempt status. 3) attach a copy of the organization's most recent audited financial statement. 4) attach a copy of the organization's general operating budget and program budget for which the organization seeks support. 5) list of the organization's board of directors and president.

- All submissions must target the needs of economically disadvantaged populations within 60 miles of the geographies listed below. - How to apply
- To apply for a boston scientific employee scholarship program, please submit the following materials: 1) complete scholarship application online. 2) submit essay from question listed on page 5 of application 3) submit copy of results of any scholastic aptitude test (sat-i) or the American college test (act). 4) submit a current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. 5) unofficial or online transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken. 6) submit a copy of the student aid report (sar) from fafsa.
- Deadlines
- All renewal applications are due by April 1ST. All new applications are due by March 13TH.
- Restrictions
- Academic achievement, financial need, citizenship, leadership qualities, general promise and the geographic location of qualified applicants will all be considered. Applicants to the boston scientific foundation scholarship must: 1) be dependent* children, under age 26, of full-time u.s. Or puerto rico based boston scientific employees WHO are employed twelve months prior to the scholarship application deadline. *dependent children include those of the employee or their spouse or domestic partner for whom they are financially responsible, as well as natural, adopted, step-children and legal wards. 2) be high school seniors or graduates or current post-secondary undergraduates. 3) plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year. 4) gpa requirements of 2.7 to renew.

- How to apply
- The boston scientific foundation scholarship on-line form is used for both scholarships. Students applying to the pete nicholas scholarship are required to: 1) complete scholarship application online. 2) submit essay from question listed on page 5 of application 3) submit copy of results of any scholastic aptitude test (sat-i) or the American college test (act). 4) submit signed photocopy of most recent parent(s) and student federal tax return(s). 5) submit a copy of the student aid report (sar) from fafsa. 6) transcript. 7) students are required to submit an additional essay. 8) no more than 3 students will be awarded a pete nicholas scholarship each academic year.
