How to apply
The christ foundation's grant application form can be found on our website at thechristfdn.org/start-your-application. Additional required information to be included with application is as follows: -detailed budget for the year -current financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) -detailed budget for the program/project for which the grant is being requested -list of organization current board of directors -copy of irs determination of 501(C)(3) status -list of top 10 donors for the prior fiscal year
Deadlines
Three grant cycle deadlines: Spring - March 31 summer - June 30 fall - September 30
Restrictions
The christ foundation supports projects and programs related to community development, education, health and human services. Applicants should attend to basic community needs, be able to sustain significant and long-term impact, set objectives and measurable outcomes that improve quality of life in our community, seek financial commitments from organizations other than christ foundation and illustrate plans for long-term sustainability that do not solely rely on recurring support from christ foundation. The christ foundation May decline grant proposals for building funds, capital improvements, fundraising events, labor unions, lobbying efforts
