In awarding grants, trustees are restricted by trust ind- enture to assistance to persons residing within the trading area customarily heretofore served by horne motors formerly of orangeburg, sc. This area is presently designated as orangeburg and calhoun counties only. Trustees are also restricted to selecting individuals for educational or scholarship assistance on basis of need, character and ability.
