How to apply

A brief cover letter, signed by an authorized individual of the requesting organization, should clerarly state the purposes for which the facility, equipment, or improvements are to be used. The letter should include the amount requested and the time period in which the funds would be used. Appendices including the following information should accompany the letter of request: 1.) proof of the requesting organization's tax exempt status. 2.) detailed financial data on the proposed project including, (a) total estimated or contract price of construction, renovation, or equipment, (b) proposed method of financing total cost of the project, (c) information about other potential sources of funding, and (d) expected completion date of fund-raising. 3.) any available financil data on the requesting organization.

Deadlines

Submissions should be made prior to March 31 of each year.

Restrictions

Foundation will consider applications for grants from well-established tax exempt organizations seeking funds for capital improvements, equipment purchases, or other special needs of a tangible asset nature.
