- Proposals should include the following: Organizational background, project description, project budget, and organizational budget. Required supporting documents include: List of current trustees, most recent audited financial statements. Arts organizations working with smu dataarts should submit the George gund foundation report available at smu dataarts. Applicants are asked to provide insight into their thoughts and actions around climate change, inequality and racial equity, and threats to democracy. Applicants with questions about grant application procedures should call the foundation at 216.241.3114. See statement 21 for more information.
