Restrictions

The employee must complete a donation request form AND provide proof of donation from the designated school. The donation must be made by a Grinnell Mutual active employee and may not be a collection of funds from others. The donation must be made directly to the designated entity: college university or K-12 school. Matching funds will be limited to two requests per year per employee. The MUNIMUM contribution is $50 and MAXIMUM annual match per employee for all education donations is $750. Requests will be considered and processed in the order in which they are received. Annual funding may be limited by the GMG Foundation at its discretion.
