How to apply
- How to apply
- The foundation has a specific grant application form. This form asks for the organizations name, address, employer identification number, phone number and name of top paid staff or board member and title. IT also asks for their nonprofit status, a brief history of the organization, purpose of the grant they are applying for and the goals and results they want to happen as a result of receiving this grant. The applicant must also attach their most recent financial statements, the latest form 990 they have filed, the organizations budget and the budget for the project to be funded by this grant. They also need to enclose a listing of the board members, key staff members and details of any indebtedness the organization has to any of the board members or principal employees. They must also submit a copy of the latest irs determination letter. IT then must be signed by the appropriate officials of the organization.
