Restrictions

Grants are awarded to businesses with an ein, or a business bank account located in the us, or us territories. IT must be more than 51% women-owned with annual revenue between $100,001 and $499,999. Social impact must be part of the business' product, or financial model. IT cannot be a non-profit organization, franchise, subsidiary, or otherwise affiliated with another organization. IT must not focus on political, or religiously-affiliated work. Grant funds May be spent solely for the purpose of growing and scaling the business. A written report of how funds were utilized should be signed by an officer, and provided by January 30, 2027. The report must include a narrative, financial report describing how grant funds were used, the progress made toward achieving the purposes of this grant, and an assurance that activities under the grant have been conducted in conformity with the terms of the grant. Grants funds used in violation of the terms should be repaid to ladies WHO launch.
