- How to apply
- Grant application procedure is an on-line proposal process accessible by visiting the mary s. & david c. Corbin foundation website, corbinfdn.org. The proposal includes descriptions of the organization and of the proposed project including objectives, duration and cost. Other required information: Other possible funding sources; other commitments; a list of board members and officers; a copy of the irs determination letter; most recent audited financial statement, if available; copy of the latest form 990; budgets and an organizational chart.
- Deadlines
- No later than March 1ST for consideration in May and September 1ST for consideration in November.
- Restrictions
- The foundation does not fund individuals, annual fund raising campaigns, on-going requests for general operating support (although some repeat grants are made), operating deficits or organizations which in turn make grants to others. Grantees are limited to irc sec. 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization with a public charity status under irc sec. 509(A)(1) or 509(A)(2). The foundation does not provide grants to supporting organizations or private foundations.
