Mid-iowa health foundation wants to hear ideas for improving health and supporting thriving communities that relate to our grantmaking priorities. Before starting an application, please familiarize yourself with our strategic approach by reviewing our website at www.midiowahealth.org and contact our staff to discuss your idea. Staff will provide guidance to help you decide if your idea is a good match for the healthconnect innovation grant and if completing an application is recommended.
