How to apply
- How to apply
- Budgeted grants: Nonprofits can submit a letter of intent due by September 1ST for a grant request to be funded in the following year. The letters are reviewed by the board and decisions are made on which organizations will be invited to apply. The board provides approvals and a funding schedule is created in January for the year. Reserve grants: The board budgets a reserve fund for grant awards throughout the year outside the normal grant cycle. CEO's/president's fund grants: The board budgets a fund each year that provides the president/CEO the discretion to award grants up to $2,000 each to nonprofits throughout the year. Scholarships: Each high school in napa county is granted $5,000 each every year to provide scholarships to students. Teacher stipend: Each elementary and middle school in napa county has the opportunity to apply for two stipends every year up to $500 each for field trips, instruction supplies, books, and more.
- Deadlines
- Budgeted grants: September 1ST for next year funding. Teacher stipends deadline selected each yr.
- Restrictions
- Grants must be aligned with gasser's mission, be awarded to 501(C)(3) organizations and provide benefit within napa county.
