-cover letter with contact information to which correspondence can be directed. -three to five page description of project -illustrations, if applicable (color photocopies are acceptable) -curriculum vitae of the project's primary participant(s) -a detailed budget. If the grantee is outside the us the budget should show all amounts in both foreign currency and us dollars; quote a current exchange rate; and cite a trusted source of that rate. The foundation suggests that grantees use: Www.oanda.com -irs determination letter of 501(C)3 status for the organization that would receive and administer the grant in addition to submitting printed materials, applicants must also email a digital copy of their application to applications@kressfoundation.org - this digital submission should be sent as a single pdf document
