How to apply
A completed application and grant request form must be submitted with irs 501(C)(3) determination letter, W-9 form, financial statements for two years, and project plan with budget.
Restrictions
Some grants will require execution of a "grant agreement" that stipulates the terms of the grant. All recipients outside of the United States are required to sign such an agreement, as well as any other documentation required by the irs. The foundation will not consider applications for individuals, religious organizations for religious purposes, political campaigns or individual candidates, scholarships, or sponsorship events.
