How to apply

How to apply
Requests should be transmitted via email and have a cover letter of no more than two pages covering all pertinent information about the request. No form letter requests. Supportive documents and literature to include current financial statement, name of board members and other funding sources May be included. A copy of organization's 501(C)(3) letter of determination from irs must be included.
Deadlines
Grant requests are due two weeks prior to board meetings.
Restrictions
Generally only one grant awarded to an organization per fiscal year. Grant requests for political and lobbying efforts, individual and religious organizations will not be considered.
