How to apply: Proposals and correspondence are accepted via email only in a word or excel document. A cover letter summarizing the request should accompany a proposal which should not exceed 4 pages. Proposals should include a project description; justification of need; budgeting and expenditure of funds; specific goals and objectives; time frame to completion; statement as to 509(A)(3) status; copy of irs determination letter and most recent financial report.
