- How to apply
- Grant guidelines foundation purpose the foundation shall distribute portions of its income and principal each taxable year as determined by its board. Distributions from the foundation are restricted to charities whose principal offices and activities are located in miami-dade or broward county, florida, with the exception, however, that distributions May be made to a presbyterian theological seminary (regardless of its location) for its use in granting scholarships or tuition grants, and to washington university, st. Louis, missouri. No charity shall receive an annual distribution greater than 10% of the foundation's total grants for the year. Foundation history the foundation was created in 1979 by william r. Watts and was substantially funded after his death.
