O presente instrumento tem como objetivo o credenciamento de bandas e artistas locais e regionais para participação nos shows que integram os eventos promovidos pelo município. A iniciativa visa valorizar os artistas da região, bem como incentivar o surgimento de novos talentos, com valores previamente definidos e classificados de acordo com os critérios estabelecidos no edital pela Comissão de Avaliação designada.

English translation: The present instrument aims to accredit local and regional bands and artists for participation in the shows that are part of the events promoted by the municipality. The initiative aims to value the artists of the region, as well as encourage the emergence of new talents, with previously defined values and classified according to the criteria established in the notice by the designated Evaluation Commission.
