Apply to join the TenderPipe writer network.

Suppliers on TenderPipe ask for help with tenders and grant applications. We introduce them to listed writers, and your card appears beside open notices in your markets and sectors.

  • Your listing is free, and we take no fee or commission on your work.
  • Suppliers' requests come to your email address, which we never show on the site.
  • When a supplier asks for your help, they share the full notice with you. To find notices yourself, upgrade your plan.

Before you apply

What to know about the writer network.

How do requests reach me?

A supplier looking at an open tender or grant can ask the writers who cover its market for help. You get an email with the notice and the supplier's message. If you can help and you do not work for another bidder on that notice, you confirm with one button, and we send you the supplier's name and email address. You then agree the work with them directly. We also introduce writers to suppliers who ask us for one.

What does my listing show?

Your name, business name, summary, markets, sectors, frameworks, typical value of the work, fees, languages, website and LinkedIn. Suppliers never see your email address or the public bodies you list as former employers.

How many requests will I get?

We do not promise a number of requests. Requests depend on how many suppliers ask for help with notices in your markets and sectors.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Your listing is free, and notices that suppliers share with you open in full.

The free plan shows 2 notices in full each day, and its email digest includes a notice once it is within 14 days of closing. To find notices yourself, upgrade your plan.

Does TenderPipe take a fee?

No. TenderPipe takes no fee or commission. You and the supplier agree the scope and the fee between yourselves.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application by hand and email you when your profile is live. We then create your TenderPipe account and send you a link to choose your password.

Can I change or remove my listing?

Yes. Once you are approved, you can edit your profile, update your availability or remove your listing at any time in Settings. Your availability shows on your listing for 30 days after you last confirm it.

Can a consultancy list several writers?

Each listing is for one writer and one email address. Writers from the same consultancy can each apply and use the same business name.

What happens to my information?

We use it to review your application and to run your listing. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the details.
