Everything you need to know about our plans
Yes. Every new account starts with a free Pro trial: 90 days when you sign up with a business email, 14 days with a personal email. No card is required and nothing is charged when the trial ends. See the trial page for full details.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Your data is never deleted. If you have more starred opportunities than your new plan allows, they all stay saved; you just cannot star more until you are within the limit.
Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or a card inside PayPal checkout. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
AI response drafting is part of our Enterprise plan. A typical tender response uses about 2,000 to 5,000 AI tokens. Enterprise includes 5 million tokens per month, enough for around 1,000 full responses, with the AI Workspace fully set up for your team. Contact sales to get started.
You can cancel from your PayPal account at any time, or email support@tenderpipe.com and we will handle it for you. Your account then moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
